How to install

Step 1

Unpack and expand

Open vacuum packaging and leave in a ventilated space for 24–48 hours. Or soak in water, wring out, and blow dry for faster expansion.

Step 2

Pick your spot

For offices: the wall directly behind your monitor. For living rooms: the wall the sound bounces off most. For home theaters: both side walls at seated ear height.

Step 3

Cut if needed

Trim to fit around shelves, frames, outlets, or furniture using a sharp serrated knife — clean edges, no tearing.

Step 4

Attach to surface

Use the included tape for home walls. Removable adhesive strips keep walls damage-free — ideal for renters and offices with lease restrictions.

⚠️ Important note about white foam

White foam panels will oxidize and turn yellow within 3–7 days of unpacking. This does not affect acoustic performance. If appearance matters in a living room or office setting, choose grey, black, or one of the other available colors.

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
