How to install
⚠️ Do not order white foam
White foam will oxidize and turn yellow within 3–7 days of unpacking. It will not look white on your wall. Choose grey for a lasting neutral color — it is the closest alternative and does not discolor.
Good to know before ordering
- Each panel is 120 × 60 cm — large format, fewer panels needed vs standard tiles
- Available in 1, 2, or 4 panel packs — 2 panels is the recommended starting point for most rooms
- Always choose high density — medium density is decoration only and does not deliver real soundproofing
- 2-inch thickness is the right choice for the vast majority of soundproofing applications
- Do not order white — it turns yellow within 3–7 days. Order grey instead
- Panels arrive vacuum-compressed — allow 24–48 hours after opening for full expansion
- For commercial installations use construction adhesive in addition to the included tape

I've purchased several egg crate sound-absorbing panels, and this one is the thickest I've ever made. When cut, it measures 8 square feet (2.4 square meters). This foam board will be the finishing touches on my massive "soundproofing" project. It can even hold a whole egg if necessary. I highly recommend it for soundproofing.

This is decent soundproofing foam. I installed it in my fish tank cabinet to help cut down on some of the noise from the filter. It works well enough and reduces the filter noise by a noticeable amount, it is pretty good value for the money as far as soundproofing material goes

Nice panel and seem to do a good job deadening the sound. It was in a vacuum bag but sprang out to its proper size. Setting up a band studio room in my basement and wanted to use this with other materials to make it better for recording.

The packaging is brick-shaped and comes with instructions and nano tape. The results look really good. It's odorless, which is important for a small apartment where I'll be using it.
